Is MindMaster suitable for a solo practice?
Yes. It is built for solo therapists and small clinics rather than large hospital departments, so there is no team hierarchy to configure before you can book your first session.
What happens after the 6 months?
Your practice moves to the Small practice plan at a flat ₹299 a month, or ₹2,990 a year. You are emailed before your first payment date, and nothing is charged without a payment method you have added. You can cancel or export your data at any time.
How is my clients' data kept private?
Each practice's records are isolated from every other practice, all traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, and passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. We do not sell or share your data, and you can download all of it as spreadsheets at any time.
Can clients book their own sessions?
Yes. Turn on online booking and you get a link to share on WhatsApp or your website. Clients pick a free time from the hours you set, and the session appears in your diary. You choose the session length, the gap between sessions, the minimum notice, and your days off.
Can I work in my own currency and timezone?
Yes. You pick both when you create your practice, and session times and income totals follow them everywhere in the app. You can change either later in settings.
